Programme Overview
BrightMinds 2.0 is a 6-month, remote-first programme that prepares you for a commercial role in a high-growth startup. Built and delivered by RAW Ventures, a European VC fund, in partnership with leading experts in entrepreneurship and startup training. The programme starts with a 2-month intensive training. We kick off at a launch offsite, then spend seven weeks developing startup thinking, commercial and growth skills, and self-knowledge. All of it applied to a real startup idea that you build, test, and pitch alongside your cohort. For the next four months, you join a fast-growth startup in the EMEA region in a commercial role: marketing, sales, business development, or founder associate. You continue one day a week of BrightMinds curriculum, and receive regular 1:1 mentor support throughout. The programme closes with a week in London where you reflect on your placement, pitch to real investors, and graduate with your cohort. How to Apply
The programme is open to:
You hold a Bachelor's degree or above, in any discipline
You can travel to three in-person Bootcamp Weeks during the programme
You're based in the EMEA region and available to commit full-time for six months
You're genuinely motivated to build a commercial career inside a startup, in sales, marketing, or business development
Application Steps
Step 1
Complete an application form and an online assessment
Step 2
Record a short self-recorded video interview.
Step 3
If shortlisted, you'll receive a task ahead of a final interview with the team.
Step 4
If successful, you'll receive an offer and officially join the cohort.
