BrightMinds Academy is a six-month, hands-on program developed by Raw Ventures to prepare graduates for impactful roles in startups.
You’ll gain practical experience, learn the fundamentals of marketing and sales, and apply your skills directly in a live startup environment.
You’ll develop essential skills such as communication, goal setting, and collaboration — the foundation of every successful startup professional.
For four months, you’ll join one of the startups from Raw Ventures’ portfolio or network, taking on a real role in marketing or sales.
You’ll work alongside founders and startup teams, gaining first-hand experience that prepares you to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
BrightMinds Academy brings together a diverse community of people who have built, scaled, and invested in startups.

Programme Structure
The program is full-time, and you’re expected to be engaged during business hours, Monday through Friday, for six months. It includes live lectures, workshops, 1:1 mentoring, forum groups, and hackathons. Three modules will take place in person (approx one week each), while the rest of the program will be delivered online.
Bright Minds Academy offers a mix of theoretical learning and practical, hands-on challenges that mirror real-world entrepreneurial experiences.
Our goal is for participants to gain essential knowledge and skills, enabling them to view the industry through both the founder’s and the investor’s perspective.

Application Process
The programme is open to:
Graduates of degree programme
Age 21-31
Based in Europe and able to commit to full-time participation in the program, including three weeks of on-site training during its duration.
There are no restrictions on the subject matter of the degree; however, applicants should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing within a startup environment.

You will be asked to fill out the application form and complete an online assessment.

If you are selected, you do a video interview.
Step 3
Selected candidates will go through the final assessment stage.
Step 4
Successful candidates will be invited to join the Bright Minds Cohort.
