Coordination Manager
Shoshana is an experienced coordination and operations professional with a strong international background and over a decade of expertise in cross-cultural project delivery. As Coordination Manager at RAW Ventures, she ensures smooth communication and execution of internal and external events and initiatives. Shoshana also supports one of the portfolio companies - Balena - in their business development efforts.
Before joining RAW Ventures, Shoshana spent eight years at the global NGO World ORT, where she served as Head of International Coordination. In this role, she oversaw multi-country educational projects, led international events and programs, actively participated in the fundraising efforts and collaborated closely with partners, educators, and donors worldwide.
Originally from Estonia and based in the UK for over 15 years, Shoshana brings a friendly outlook to her work. She is known for her strong organisational skills, clear communication, punctuality, and a positive “we can do it” approach that helps keep projects moving smoothly. Shoshana is fluent in English and Russian.
